Candidates will handle video counselling and tele-calling. The role also includes lead conversion, admission activities and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide prospective students.
- Explain beauty and makeup courses.
- Convert leads into enrollments.
- Conduct video counselling sessions.
- Handle tele-calling.
- Participate in admission events and engagement activities.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2C Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking or Insurance is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-driven approach.
- Interest in sales.
- Comfortable with a work-from-home setup.
Working Details
- Working hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
- 6 working days per week.
- Sunday is a fixed weekly off.
