Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Explain services and answer basic queries.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain call and lead records.
- Update Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi + basic English preferred.
- Smartphone and stable internet.
- Basic computer and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
