Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end security operations across client sites in South Zone

• Plan deployments, conduct briefings, ensure discipline and SOP compliance

• Maintain MDR, shift rosters, site logs, visitor and access records

• Oversee CCTV, access control, FAPA systems, audits and approvals

• Handle incidents, emergency escalations, mock drills and CAPA implementation

Reporting & Coordination:

• Share daily, weekly, monthly MIS and incident reports

• Coordinate with Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram site managers

• Attend client meetings and ensure SLA compliance

• Manage onboarding/offboarding, badge issuance and access revocation

• Coordinate with G4S backend for payroll, uniforms, attendance and leave

Skills & Eligibility:

• Graduate (Mandatory)

• 5–10 years experience in security operations management

• Experience in multi-location / MNC corporate environments preferred

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, surveillance, access systems, e-portals, MS Office

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
