Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent eight years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management with community partners or customers
  • Proven experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a positive team culture
• Preferred:
  • Leadership experience in developing and implementing site-level strategies
  • Experience in warehouse/distribution center operations (minimum one year)
  • Knowledge of Lean principles for process improvement

Responsibilities

• Strategic and Operational Management:
  • Lead and manage GIK (Gift-in-Kind) product receipt, storage, and distribution to ensure alignment with World Vision’s strategic goals
  • Develop and implement site-specific execution strategies for programs supporting Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) and other initiatives
  • Ensure process efficiency and cost management using Lean principles
• Community Engagement and Representation:
  • Build relationships with community leaders, donors, and partners to enhance program engagement
  • Represent World Vision at community events, with media, and on social platforms
  • Host tours for corporate and church groups visiting the site
• Leadership and Compliance:
  • Manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative, healthy team culture
  • Ensure safety protocols for all staff and volunteers
  • Oversee inventory control and volunteer program management to ensure compliance with policies
  • Oversee the site budget, maintaining high fiscal responsibility

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $84,600 - $135,400 annually
• Typical Hiring Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, based on qualifications and pay equity
