About Work

This work is about handling social media page of a home decor brand. You will help in replying messages, posting content, and keeping Instagram active in a creative way.

What You Will Do

• Reply to Instagram DMs and customer chats
• Handle WhatsApp messages (Zoko tool)
• Post Instagram stories and basic content
• Help in planning creative posts
• Maintain brand look and feel on Instagram
• Support daily social media engagement
• Work closely with small creative team

Skills Needed

• Basic understanding of Instagram use
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Creative thinking and interest in design
• Active social media user
• Ability to reply politely to customers
• Willing to learn new tools and ideas

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of reels and trending content
• Interest in home decor or lifestyle design
• Basic idea of storytelling on Instagram
• Comfortable working in small team setup

Learning & Experience

This internship gives real brand building experience. You will learn how a small brand grows using social media and how content planning works in real business.
