Key Responsibilities & Role Details

• Talk with students and guide them about courses and career options
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
• Handle student queries via phone, email, or online
• Maintain student records and follow-ups
• Assist students in application process
• Build strong relationships with students
• Work towards admission and counselling targets

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Graduate in any field
• 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Customer service or counselling experience
• Basic sales or communication experience
