WisGrad Education is hiring Student Counsellor for education counselling process. Candidates with counselling and student conversion experience can apply. Freshers with good sales skills can also apply.
Candidates will speak with students and parents through calls and WhatsApp. The work includes explaining education programs and helping students with admission process. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills.
This is a full-time opportunity with salary and performance incentives. Candidates should be comfortable handling follow-ups and lead conversations daily.
Work Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to students and parents
• Explain education programs clearly
• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
• Handle student admissions and conversions
• Update CRM and lead records
• Achieve daily and weekly targets
Skills Required
• Graduate qualification required
• 1 to 2 years counselling experience preferred
• Freshers with sales skills can apply
• Good English and Malayalam communication
• Hindi knowledge is an advantage
• Basic Excel and CRM knowledge
Candidates should have patience and active listening skills. Good persuasion and communication skills are also important for this profile.

• Monday to Saturday working
• Timing 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM
