Role Overview
This role is focused on student counseling and recruitment support.
Work includes guiding students for study abroad journey.
Candidate will handle inquiries from first contact to admission stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student queries through WhatsApp, calls and email
• Guide students about universities and course selection
• Understand student profile and suggest suitable options
• Maintain records in CRM system properly
• Support admission and visa documentation process
• Participate in online webinars and events

Skills & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication skills in English required
• Basic knowledge of study abroad process is helpful
• Freshers with strong communication can also apply
• Comfortable with CRM tools and online platforms

Compensation Details
This is a commission based structure.
Earnings depend on student conversion.
Approx earning per student is around USD 100 to USD 150.
