Overview:
This role focuses on helping colleges connect students with hiring companies. You will coordinate placement activities, guide students during recruitment drives, and support colleges in organizing successful campus placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with college TPOs and placement cells for training and recruitment activities

• Conduct pre-interview briefings and explain company requirements to students

• Schedule interviews between students and partner companies

• Follow up on interview results and maintain communication with stakeholders

• Prepare and submit placement reports after recruitment drives

• Support smooth coordination between colleges, students, and recruiters

Performance & Payout:

• ₹2.5K payout for every student successfully placed

• Payment released after offer letter confirmation

• Earnings increase with number of successful placements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7+ years experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate HR

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset

• Existing network within colleges and corporate hiring teams preferred

• Experience in IT, Management, or Engineering placement domains preferred
