Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, social media

  • Counsel students on study-abroad options and destinations

  • Assess profiles and suggest suitable academic pathways

  • Follow up leads and update CRM records

  • Coordinate applications, documents, offer letters, visa support

Skills & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)

  • 1–3 years experience in recruitment, counseling, or sales (Freshers may apply)

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Good interpersonal and follow-up skills

  • Basic knowledge of study-abroad process preferred

  • Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, MS Office, Google Workspace
