Position: Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager

Industry: Nutraceutical / FMCG / Export & Manufacturing

Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + On-site at Chotila, Gujarat)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50K - ₹60K per month (No bar for right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch

  • Maintain batch-wise, SKU-wise, expiry-wise inventory with FIFO / FEFO compliance

  • Oversee B2C fulfilment across marketplaces and D2C website

  • Coordinate courier partners, resolve delivery issues, handle RTO & returns

  • Prepare daily/monthly MIS, control logistics cost, improve efficiency

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3–6 years experience in B2C / Nutraceutical logistics

  • Strong knowledge of FIFO / FEFO, batch tracking, FSSAI norms

  • Experience with Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart & courier coordination

  • ERP / inventory software proficiency with strong Excel skills

  • Experience in e-commerce fulfilment mandatory

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business

  • Diploma in Warehouse / Logistics Management preferred
