About the Work

You will work on IT recruitment and hiring. You will search for suitable candidates. You will screen profiles and coordinate the hiring process. You will also communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

The company is looking for candidates with good communication skills. You should be able to manage recruitment tasks and work from home.

• Source IT candidates
• Screen candidate profiles
• Handle end-to-end recruitment
• Coordinate interviews
• Communicate with candidates
• Support talent acquisition activities

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 6 months recruitment experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• B.Pharma or M.Pharma candidates can apply as mentioned in the post
• Candidates from Pan India can apply
