• End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating client interviews and managing feedback
• Maintaining recruitment records and reports
• Achieving monthly hiring targets

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (Consultancy preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other portals
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with commission-based structure
