About the Job
Visionary Hire is hiring Talent Sourcing Executives for its recruitment team. Freshers can apply. Outbound calling or BPO recruitment experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 250–350 outbound calls daily.
- Conduct short candidate screening calls.
- Check salary expectations, location, shifts, and notice period.
- Provide 40–50 qualified leads daily.
- Update candidate details in the ATS.
- Maintain call logs and daily CRM reports.
Requirements
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Functional English skills.
- Confidence in outbound calling.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Punctuality and focus on daily targets.
- ATS or CRM dialer experience is an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed in-hand salary of ₹10K–₹15K per month.
- 1–5 selections: No incentive.
- 6–10 selections: ₹200 per selection.
- 11 or more selections: ₹300 per selection.
- Additional earnings depend on candidate selections and performance.
