This work is about calling customers and collecting feedback. You will talk in Tamil and follow a simple script. Basic communication and regular updates are important.

Calling Tasks

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Collect feedback (service/NPS)
• Follow given calling script
• Update details in system or Excel

Requirements

• Fluent in Tamil (must)
• Basic Hindi or English knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with calling work

Work From Home Setup

• Laptop or computer required
• Stable WiFi connection
• USB headphone needed

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced both can apply
• Open to all candidates
