Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate. This is a 100% work from home voice process. The role is for Hindi and English support. The hiring office is in Kolkata, but this opening is remote.
This is a contractual role until 31st October. Freshers can apply. Candidates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience can also apply. The company wants candidates with good voice communication skills.
You will resolve customer queries through calls. The work will be in rotational shifts. The schedule is 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries through voice calls
- Handle Hindi and English support
- Maintain customer service quality
- Work on voice process tasks
- Follow company process and guidelines
The company is looking for candidates with strong verbal communication skills. English and Hindi should both be good. No major MTI should be present for the voice process.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass

The interview process includes an HR round on video call. A typing test is also mentioned. Final round will be on Google Meet. E-Aadhaar and selfie with Aadhaar are required for the process.
