Job Overview:

We are hiring a Marketing Technical Representative (MTR) to support our automotive aftermarket business. Candidates will interact with garages and mechanics, promote products, conduct field surveys, and assist field teams to increase product awareness and collect market feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys of IAM local garages and mechanics

• Create and maintain a database of garages and mechanics

• Promote automotive products such as friction products, rotors, brake fluids, and air actuation products

• Support Field Service Engineers (FSE) / Field Product Engineers (FPE) during campaigns, mechanic meets, and training programs

• Encourage mechanics to use Brakes India CONNECT mobile application

• Collect feedback on company and competitor products

• Assist mechanics with technical queries and manage internal MTC/MTR applications

• Build strong relationships with local garages and mechanics

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in OEM dealer workshop or automotive service environment

• Skills: Knowledge of automotive components and workshop operations

• Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license, ability to communicate in local language, willingness to travel

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of mobile applications and data collection tools preferred
