Promint Careers is hiring Tele Caller Executives for their study abroad team. The company helps students with overseas education services. Candidates should be confident and friendly while talking on calls. Freshers can also apply.

The work includes talking with students and parents. You will explain study abroad programs and career options. You will also follow up with interested candidates. Basic computer and smartphone knowledge is needed.

The company is looking for candidates with a positive attitude. Malayalam speaking is important. Basic English speaking is also needed. Candidates should be able to work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Call students and parents
• Explain overseas education programs
• Follow up on leads and inquiries
• Maintain call details and records
• Support counselors in admissions work
• Complete daily calling targets

Skills Needed

• Good Malayalam communication
• Basic English speaking
• Basic computer knowledge
• Convincing skills
• Team work ability

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Candidates with sales or customer support knowledge can also apply. Immediate joiners will get preference.
