Votiko Solutions is hiring experienced Telecalling Executives for their international BPO process. This work-from-home role involves handling global clients through calls, emails, and chat while working on lead generation and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients

• Perform telemarketing, lead generation, and appointment setting

• Conduct surveys and customer interaction tasks

• Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat

• Work independently from home while achieving performance targets

Required Skills:

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience in international BPO or call center operations

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally

• Comfortable working night shifts and meeting targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years experience in international BPO or telecalling

• Candidates below 40 years of age preferred

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass with relevant experience

• Personal laptop and broadband internet connection required
