Vivimart is looking for a Telecaller / Data Entry professional to support customer communication, lead generation, sales follow-up, and data management. The position is fully remote and is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates.
The selected candidate will make customer calls, explain products and services, generate leads, maintain CRM records, and complete data entry tasks. Strong communication and convincing skills are important for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with leads and support sales conversion.
- Update customer information in the CRM.
- Record call details, customer responses, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Collect customer information and business data.
- Maintain accurate customer databases.
- Perform data entry and update records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain professional customer communication.
- Follow customer privacy and applicable telemarketing requirements.

Additional Language Advantage
Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage:
