Key Responsibilities & Role Details
- Manage customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and transport providers
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Create, design, and update new tour packages based on market demand
- Prepare itineraries, costings, and quotations
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation
- Support customers before and during their travel
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience in the tours and travel industry
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations
- Experience in supplier coordination and tour package creation
- Good communication, sales, and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in FIT & Group Tours
- Knowledge of visa processing
- Familiarity with destinations like UAE, Maldives, Thailand, Europe
