Role Overview:

• Conduct structured online chess classes for students aged 5–15 years
• Teach from beginner to intermediate level through live sessions
• Ensure engaging and disciplined virtual classroom environment

What You Will Do:

• Conduct live individual and group chess sessions
• Teach fundamentals, tactics, openings, middlegame, and endgame
• Prepare lesson plans and follow curriculum guidelines
• Track student progress and share feedback
• Organize practice games and internal tournaments
• Communicate with parents when required

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum 1 year chess teaching experience (online/offline)
• Strong understanding of chess strategies
• Good Hindi communication (basic English preferred)
• Comfortable with Zoom or Google Meet
• Patient and professional with children

Preferred Profile:

• District/State/National level chess participation
• Familiar with Chess.com or Lichess

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop or desktop with stable internet
• Working webcam and microphone

Work Schedule & Pay:

• 6 days per week
• Fixed monthly salary based on demo and experience
