This work needs good communication in English. Candidates should have at least 1 year of technical support experience. You will help customers and merchants with software issues. You will also work on tickets and remote support.

Work Responsibilities

• Handle support tickets
• Resolve client and customer issues
• Test and replicate reported problems
• Install software and hardware remotely
• Give training to users if needed
• Support merchants by phone and email
• Provide remote support to clients

Requirements

• Good English communication
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Technical support knowledge
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Master’s degree also accepted

Candidates must be ready to commute or relocate to Mumbai. Night shift work is required. Remote support experience will be useful.
