Prime Connect India is hiring Appointment Setters for a US voice process in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The position requires night-shift work for the US time zone.

Salary: ₹45K to ₹80K per month + incentives

The work involves outbound calls to customers in the USA. Candidates will qualify prospects and schedule appointments for travel presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers.
• Follow approved calling scripts and processes.
• Speak confidently and professionally with prospects.
• Ask qualification questions and identify eligible prospects.
• Schedule appointments based on available timings.
• Confirm appointment details with customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Follow company quality and compliance guidelines.
• Complete follow-ups with prospects when required.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent spoken English is required.
• Clear pronunciation is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with US customers.
• Ability to follow calling scripts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• US telecalling or BPO experience is an advantage.
• Sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is useful.
• Good listening and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• US accent familiarity is an added advantage.
