  • Provide support through phone email and WhatsApp
  • Handle customer software issues
  • Troubleshoot billing inventory and report problems
  • Help with software installation and configuration
  • Give basic training to clients
  • Coordinate with technical team for issue solving
  • Maintain support logs and follow-up records

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of POS or retail software
  • Windows and networking knowledge
  • Basic database understanding preferred
  • Good Hindi and English communication
  • Gujarati language preferred

Qualification

  • Graduate in IT CS Commerce or related field
