About the Work

This company works with finance and technology platforms. The goal is to improve ad performance and increase programmatic yield. The selected person will help rebuild the backend ad setup. Google Ad Manager and header bidding will be part of the work.

What You Will Do

• Audit the current ad layout
• Fix CLS issues
• Improve lazy loading
• Migrate the setup to Google Ad Manager
• Build a strong ad unit structure
• Implement Header Bidding using Prebid.js
• Support Open Bidding setup
• Set dynamic floor pricing
• Manage safe ad refresh rules
• Keep the setup compliant with network policies

What They Need

• Experience in AdOps
• Experience in yield optimization
• Experience in programmatic monetization
• Strong hands on knowledge of Google Ad Manager
• Good understanding of AdSense policies
• Ability to implement header bidding wrappers
• No negative impact on site speed

Important Note

This opening is for publisher-side monetization work. It is only for candidates who have real experience in monetizing website inventory. JavaScript knowledge is useful. Google Ads campaign knowledge is not the main requirement.

Salary

The pay is up to ₹35K per month. The final amount depends on experience and skill.
