Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations
- Freshers with relevant HR skills can also apply
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with quality candidates across different industries
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate with companies to understand hiring requirements
- Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment process
- Assist in leadership hiring and talent advisory assignments
Skills & Tools:
- Knowledge of Zoho and HR automation tools
- Familiarity with MS Office and ATS platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks
