<h2>About the Role</h2>
NCR EduServices is hiring <strong>Assistant Professors in Computer Science (AI/ML)</strong>.
This is a full-time remote position.
You will teach online classes.
You will mentor students and support their learning.
You will create engaging learning experiences.
You will help maintain academic excellence.
<h2>Working Schedule</h2>
<ul>
<li>Monday to Saturday.</li>
<li>Sunday is a weekly off.</li>
<li>Two Saturdays off every month.</li>
<li>Shift Timing: <strong>3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (IST).</strong></li>
</ul>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Deliver online lectures in Computer Science and AI/ML.</li>
<li>Guide and mentor students through LMS, email, and virtual platforms.</li>
<li>Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments.</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback to students.</li>
<li>Monitor student progress regularly.</li>
<li>Develop and update course materials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with faculty members.</li>
<li>Maintain academic records.</li>
<li>Follow academic policies and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.</li>
<li>Ph.D. or pursuing a Ph.D. is preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent English communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong subject knowledge.</li>
<li>Student-focused teaching approach.</li>
<li>Familiarity with LMS and online teaching tools.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Computer Science or AI/ML.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience is mandatory.</li>
<li>Experience teaching undergraduate or postgraduate students is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Technical Skills</h2>
Experience in one or more of the following:
<ul>
<li>Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.</li>
<li>Data Structures and Algorithms.</li>
<li>DBMS, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks.</li>
<li>Software Engineering.</li>
<li>Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.</li>
<li>Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.</li>
<li>Data Science.</li>
<li>Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preferred Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and mentoring skills.</li>
<li>Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
