Celtics Management Services is hiring freshers for customer support process. Openings are available for international voice, international chat, domestic voice, and domestic chat process. The company is hiring for premium clients.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply. Graduate and undergraduate candidates are eligible. Immediate joiners are preferred for this opening.

The company offers five days and six days working options. Two rotational week offs are also available. This is a 24/7 working environment with rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries on voice and chat process
• Support domestic and international customers

• Update customer details in system
