Key Responsibilities

• Call and connect with new leads
• Explain IT courses like AI, Blockchain, Web Development
• Guide students to choose right course
• Follow up with interested people daily
• Convert leads into paid enrollments
• Maintain CRM records properly
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle basic objections during calls

Skills Needed

• Good communication skills in Hindi or English
• Basic understanding of sales work
• Confidence in talking to people
• Ability to handle rejection
• Self-motivated and target focused mindset
• Basic computer and WhatsApp use
