About the Role

This role is best for candidates interested in SaaS products, customer support, and client onboarding. You will help clients activate services like WhatsApp Business API and guide them in using the system smoothly.

Key Responsibilities & Work

• Handle client onboarding and service activation
• Assist in WhatsApp Business API setup
• Help clients with Facebook Business Manager verification
• Configure message templates, campaigns, and basic chatbots
• Provide training and demo sessions to clients
• Solve client queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
• Maintain records of onboarding and support
• Follow up for renewals, recharges, and updates

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Any graduate can apply (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
• Good customer handling skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Freshers with good communication are welcome

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in customer or technical support
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API
• Understanding of Facebook Business Manager
• Familiarity with CRM tools or cloud telephony
