31west Global Services is hiring Customer Support Associates for the US Voice Process. This is a permanent work from home opportunity. Only experienced candidates can apply. Freshers and candidates with career gaps are not eligible.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers
- Provide accurate solutions to customer queries
- Maintain call quality and CSAT score
- Update customer records
- Follow company SOPs
- Deliver professional customer support
Eligibility
- 2 to 4 years of experience in US Voice BPO
- Minimum 3 years of US inbound voice process experience preferred
- Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers cannot apply
- No career gaps
- Personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory
- Excellent spoken English is required
