Role Overview:

  • Support existing customers who are using company ERP software

  • Help users understand software usage and features

  • Assist customers with accounting entries and billing process

  • Resolve GST related questions from clients

  • Provide remote troubleshooting using tools like AnyDesk or UltraViewer

Daily Work Tasks:

  • Handle incoming customer support calls

  • Solve software related issues faced by users

  • Guide customers step-by-step for system usage

  • Help clients with accounting and GST related queries

Required Skills:

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer support experience preferred

  • Freshers with accounting knowledge can also apply

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday working

  • Day shift timing: 10 AM – 7 PM
