Customer Support Executive - Handle Email Support Work

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month

This work is non-voice and backend type. You will not do calling. You will support users through email and chat. Work is simple but needs focus and patience. You will also check user content and do data entry work.

This role is for graduates. Basic computer knowledge is needed. Good English writing is important because most work is in email.

Main Work Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer emails
  • Help users on live chat
  • Review user-generated content
  • Do data entry tasks
  • Solve basic customer issues

Shift Timing

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Night: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Rotational shifts (24/7 environment)

Skills Needed

  • Good English communication
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Email handling skills
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

Eligibility

  • Only graduates
  • 0–1 year experience
  • Ready for office work
  • Comfortable with shifts
