Main Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students
• Follow up on enquiries
• Share course and service details
• Handle questions from customers
• Update call records
• Meet daily and weekly targets
• Support lead conversion

What They Need

• Minimum 1 year telecalling experience
• Customer service or lead follow-up experience
