Job Role - Chat Email Support Work

Main work is to reply to customer messages and emails and solve their basic problems in simple way.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer chat support
• Reply to emails on time
• Solve basic customer issues
• Follow company process and guidelines
• Maintain polite communication

Who Can Apply

• Freshers
• Experienced candidates (0–2 years)
• HSC or Graduate (any stream)
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
