Orcapod Consulting Services is hiring <strong>female IT Recruiters</strong> for a permanent work from home opportunity. Candidates with Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring experience can apply. Women candidates and women returning to work are preferred.
<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT and C2H hiring</li>
<li>Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews</li>
<li>Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers</li>
<li>Follow up with candidates until offer acceptance and joining</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment trackers</li>
<li>Achieve hiring targets within the defined TAT</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
<ul>
<li>Female candidates only</li>
<li>1 to 6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment or C2H hiring</li>
<li>Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and Boolean Search</li>
<li>Strong communication, sourcing and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Laptop and reliable internet connection required</li>
<li>Ability to work independently from home</li>
<li>Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred</li>
