Main Responsibilities

• Reply to customer chat messages
• Handle product and order inquiries
• Process returns and complaints
• Track customer orders
• Solve basic technical issues
• Update customer records in CRM
• Handle 2 to 3 chat sessions together
• Give quick and proper support
