Payara Innovations is hiring Freelance HR Recruiters and Interviewers for its Career Pilot platform. The role involves company onboarding, job postings, candidate screening and interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact companies, HR managers and recruiters.
- Help employers register and post genuine job openings.
- Screen candidates and conduct hiring interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews for platform users.
- Coordinate interviews, shortlists and hiring follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment records and submit weekly reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Experience conducting at least 100 interviews.
- Existing network of HRs, hiring managers or companies.
- Good spoken English; Hindi or regional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, video calls and job portals.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet access.
- Professional communication and careful handling of candidate data.
Payment Structure
- ₹75 per completed interview with feedback submitted.
- ₹200 per verified company that posts at least one job.
- ₹50 per approved job posting after it receives 5 applications.
- ₹1.5K per successful placement after the candidate completes 30 days.
Payments are made monthly against an invoice. Earnings depend on completed activities and successful outcomes. There is no guaranteed fixed monthly salary.
