Candidates should have hands-on experience recruiting allied healthcare practitioners travel nurses registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. Only candidates with relevant US healthcare recruitment experience will be contacted for an interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit healthcare professionals for US-based facilities.
- Source suitable candidates for open healthcare positions.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Recruit allied healthcare practitioners.
- Recruit travel nurses registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.
- Coordinate with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in US healthcare recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Good understanding of healthcare recruitment requirements.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
