BlackRock is hiring Customer Success Associates for a work-from-home customer service role. Candidates will assist customers through calls and provide support in resolving their queries while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
• Provide assistance and resolve customer queries effectively
• Maintain clear communication with customers in Hindi and Punjabi
• Deliver a positive customer service experience
• Record and update customer interactions in the system

Eligibility & Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi language required
• Graduation not mandatory
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Requirements:

• Personal laptop or desktop (i5/i7 processor with Windows 10 or above)
• Stable broadband connection with at least 100 Mbps speed
• Virtual interview process
• 6 days working schedule
