Sovereign Institute of Professional Training is hiring <strong>HR Recruiter / Student Relationship Officers</strong>. This opportunity is open only for women candidates, including women returning to work. The position is work from home with fixed working hours.
<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Call students interested in banking and finance careers</li>
<li>Explain the training and placement process</li>
<li>Guide students about course enrollment</li>
<li>Convince eligible candidates to join the program</li>
<li>Maintain regular follow-up with students</li>
<li>Achieve assigned enrollment targets</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
<ul>
<li>Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply</li>
<li>MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred</li>
<li>Women candidates only</li>
<li>Women returning to work are welcome</li>
<li>Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply</li>
