What You Will Do
- Source candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Internshala
- Screen and shortlist profiles
- Take first round interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage candidate till joining
- Negotiate salary and close hiring
- Maintain hiring tracker
- Build talent pipeline
You will handle end to end recruitment. Work needs daily follow-up.
Skills Required
- Recruitment experience (1–2 years)
- IT, sales, or marketing hiring knowledge
- LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Good English writing
- Interview handling
- Organization and follow-up
You should understand candidates well. Judgment and communication are important.
Bonus Skills
- Startup hiring experience
- ATS tools like Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse
- High volume hiring
- Hindi or regional language
