Inside Sales Executive – Client Calls and Appointments

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls and handle walk-in inquiries

• Explain services and benefits to interested customers

• Convert leads into appointments through regular follow-ups

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-up details in CRM or Google Sheets

• Coordinate with the clinic operations team for scheduling appointments

• Support promotional calling campaigns and collect customer feedback

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)

• Confident and persuasive communication style

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel

• Willing to work full-time from the office

Work Details:

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working)

• Location: Kharadi, Pune
