About The Work

You will handle the content strategy for ReDiaL Clinic. The company already has an editor and photographer. Your main work will be planning, directing, and managing content growth.

Instagram will be the main platform. You will also work on YouTube and LinkedIn content.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram growth and strategy
• Plan Reels and content ideas
• Track reach, saves, shares, and engagement
• Handle YouTube SEO and upload planning
• Build LinkedIn brand presence
• Coordinate with editor and photographer
• Create content briefs before shoots
• Manage content pipeline and deadlines
• Use AI tools for content workflow
• Share weekly and monthly reports

Required Skills

• 3+ years social media management experience
• Healthcare or wellness brand experience mandatory
• Strong Instagram knowledge
• YouTube content planning knowledge

• Good English and Hindi writing skills
