Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer service inquiries in Nepali language
- Provide accurate interpretation and communication support
- Work in international voice / blended process
- Maintain high standards of verbal and listening skills
Eligibility & Skills:
- Fluency in Nepali is mandatory
- Excellent English speaking and understanding required
- Any dropout / 12th pass / UG / Graduate can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
