About the Role

This is a senior-level IT role where you will manage all hardware and software systems across the factory and multiple retail outlets. Your main goal is to ensure smooth billing systems, strong network connectivity, and secure data management.

Key Responsibilities & Role Details

• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, POS machines, and printers
• Handle network setup (routers, switches, internet connectivity) across outlets
• Ensure smooth working of POS and billing systems (very critical role)
• Manage ERP, accounting, and inventory software integration
• Monitor data flow, accuracy, and perform daily backups
• Maintain cybersecurity (antivirus, firewall, access control)
• Provide IT support to outlets (remote and on-site)
• Train staff on basic IT usage and systems
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics
• Preferred: MCA / MBA (IT) or certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft)
• 5–10 years experience in IT infrastructure/support
• Minimum 2 years in team handling role
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, ERP, networking (LAN/WAN)
• Experience in retail or multi-location setup is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willing to travel across outlets and handle urgent issues
