Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complete IT recruitment process from sourcing to hiring

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases

• Screen and shortlist candidates for IT roles such as developers and testers

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and joining process

• Maintain candidate database and prepare daily recruitment reports

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience in hiring for IT roles

• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment deadlines

• Basic knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT recruitment

• Candidates with up to 3 years experience can apply
