Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via Voice, Email & Chat process
- Provide technical and non-technical support as per process
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Follow SOPs and shift schedules
- Update customer interactions in system
Skills & Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Fresher & Experienced both eligible
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (24×7)
