Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via Voice, Email & Chat process
  • Provide technical and non-technical support as per process
  • Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Follow SOPs and shift schedules
  • Update customer interactions in system

Skills & Eligibility

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Fresher & Experienced both eligible
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (24×7)
