Medsure is looking for a confident and target-oriented NEET UG Counsellor. The position involves guiding students and parents through MBBS and BDS admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel NEET UG aspirants and parents.
• Explain MBBS and BDS admission processes.
• Understand NEET score, rank, category, domicile, and budget.
• Understand student college preferences.
• Explain MCC and State Counselling.
• Explain AIQ, State Quota, and Deemed Universities.
• Explain Private Medical College admission options.
• Guide students through registration and choice filling.
• Explain seat allotment, reporting, and documentation.
• Analyse student profiles.
• Suggest suitable college and course options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle WhatsApp enquiries and digital leads.
• Follow up with prospective students.
• Maintain follow-up schedules.
• Convert qualified leads into counselling clients.
• Maintain student records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with counselling and operations teams.
• Stay updated with NEET UG counselling information.
• Meet calling, counselling, and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Freshers can apply with excellent communication skills.
• Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
• Good counselling and convincing abilities.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Understanding of NEET UG admissions is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
• Basic CRM and Excel knowledge.
• Basic Google Workspace knowledge.
• Good WhatsApp handling skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Comfortable working independently from home.
• Target-oriented approach is required.
